Growing Perspectives' mission is supporting early career and mid-career professionals and leaders navigate successfully their careers by providing several offerings including webinars, informational sessions and personal coaching. In 2017, Growing Perspectives® was formed out of a desire to help others in their chosen careers in Corporate environments reach their full potential and thrive.  We tailor our offerings to meet your individual needs.  We also have group offerings and tools available.

I am Kaisha McCrea, CEO & Founder of Growing Perspectives®. I was the first person in my immediate family to work in a Corporate company so didn't have a play book for the keys to success and was not familiar with social norms in this environment. Now I know first-hand the challenges and opportunities of working in Corporate environments both as an early career professional and as a mid-career professional. I would like to increase exposure and share knowledge to early career professionals to help shorten their learning curves and reduce the time spent learning through trial and error to achieve success. 

I  transitioned successfully through my 20+ year career in several roles and like to share tools and insights to help mid-career professionals achieve and maintain the level of success they desire. My career consists of experience in Manufacturing, Commercial, Improvement , Supply Chain, Six Sigma, Internal Consultant roles including  opportunities to lead and develop team soft-skills, training and  provide coaching to teams and leaders. I have leadership experience in previous positions and previously served as Co-leader of a Corporate Women's resource group. I am skilled in various personality assessments and team dynamic tools. I am currently on the Board of Directors for the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce for 2023-2025.I look forward to working with you to reach your goals and thrive in your organizations and careers. 

We are located in Midlothian, Virginia. We serve clients across the US in-person and virtually. 

Our Career Coaching team also includes LaTonya Rose McFadden . She joined us in 2023. She specializes in Resume writing and Career Coaching for Early Career Professionals.

Kaisha McCrea, MBA, ACC, CCTC  has over 20 years working in Corporate America in various assignments in Manufacturing, Sales, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain and Consulting. She is a certified Career Transition Coach and trained in Change Management. She provides Executive, Leadership and Career Coaching and Consulting to Professionals, Leaders, teams and organizations focused on transitions , professional growth, productivity, team building and leadership. She has a passion for supporting people and organizations to reach their goals and thrive! She focuses on a strength based approach to support her clients to grow and thrive. She utilizes best practices and evidence-based approaches to support her clients growth and success. She is experienced in personality and leadership assessments. She is a graduate of NC A&T State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Wilmington University in Wilmington, Delaware with a Master's of Business Administration. She is a Core Essentials Graduate from Coach U.
