With more than 20 years of corporate experience across Manufacturing, Sales, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, and Consulting, Kaisha McCrea brings a powerful blend of business acumen and heart-centered coaching to her clients. She founded Growing Perspectives to help professionals and organizations navigate transitions, elevate leadership, and achieve their full potential.
Kaisha is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and a Certified Career Transition Coach. She specializes in executive and leadership coaching, career development, and team growth — using a strengths-based, evidence-informed approach. Known for her thoughtful guidance and calm presence, Kaisha supports clients through change and transformation using proven tools, leadership assessments, and deep listening.
She is a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA from Wilmington University.

She holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Elizabeth City State University, an M.S. in Information Technology from UNC Charlotte, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
